  • coordinate delivery scheduling via call/SMS,

  • prevent fraud and maintain Site security,

  • improve the Site experience,

  • send emails if you opt in to marketing (Shopify Email or similar).

3) Calls and Text Messages (Transactional Only)

We collect phone numbers primarily for delivery coordination, including scheduling, arrival updates, and resolving delivery issues.

By providing your phone number at checkout or by phone order, you consent to receive transactional calls and/or text messages from Mountain Mycology related to your order and delivery.

Opt-out: You may opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP to a message or by contacting us at hello@mountainmyc.com or 313-380-0171. If you opt out of texts, we may need to coordinate delivery by phone call or email instead.

We do not send marketing texts/calls.

If you opt in, we may send marketing emails (e.g., updates, promotions). You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in the email.
